In recent times it is increasingly used as an inspired accessory. Though some women like to wear Salwar Kameez without the dupatta, but this piece of clothe adds a certain degree of completeness to attire. The variety and dupatta is truly impressing. In some formal salwar kameez, the idea way to wear salwar kameez is to pleat them. As respect to tradition and religious occasions there is custom of wearing it over the head.
